Board of Directors
The affairs of NHRDF are administered by the Board of Directors that was already constituted where the Secretary, the Finance Division, Ministry of Finance is the ex-officio chairman of the Board. The board of Directors shall exercise full management and financial control of NHRDF. For the purpose of the Company Act, the Board of Directors shall be deemed to be the Directors of the NHRDF and the board shall be responsible for the management and administration of the affairs of NHRDF in accordance with articles of Association and the Rules, Regulations and Bye-laws made thereunder.
